If I could give this company 20 points for each feed back question I would. I will run, not walk, to them should I have another need in this area. They went so beyond anything they were required to do on this project.

Even calling me from India to reassure me that the poject would be o.k. I was a novice at this and because of it it lead to a number of things having to be redone. They never complained and helped me every step of the way. They even came in on a Sunday to keep me on schedule with the project. They forwarded me money saving software and gave detailed instructions for how to upload and utilized the final product.

Even after I had paid them, significant changes had to be made. They did them with such professionalism. Anything that might have been lost in the time difference between countries, was more than made up for with the personal customer service they provided to me and my staff. There should be a number above 100% and they should be on the list of any special providers group you might have. They were simply extraordinary!
