Nikunj Thakur - Project Manager and Delivery Lead

Nikunj is responsible for the production strategy of the company and overseeing successful project management and delivery of products and services to our clients. Nikunj and the team endeavor to exceed our client’s expectations, providing them with business solutions that match their requirements and; are completed to Quadicom's typically high standards.

In Nikunj's words: "Quadicom is populated with people who are not only great developers, but interesting people. These folks have breadth. They are musicians, artists, folklorists, anthropologists, theatrical types, and more. It makes for interesting interactions around the water cooler!”

 

Hemal Gupta - Online Marketing Analyst

Hemal loves exploring customer needs and always tries to find new ways to serve customers better. She strives to help businesses differentiate themselves amongst their competition by integrating marketing initiatives into business strategy, functions and processes. Hemal’s online marketing specialties include search engine optimization, search engine advertising, online classifieds/banners advertising and website performance optimization.

In Nikunj's words: "Quadicom gives me the chance to work with the most talented engineers I’ve ever known, on the most interesting projects I could imagine. We being in the in a rapidly growing field, my job allows me to build relationships with clients from these companies, design and write code for their new products, and expand our business into new areas. I spend most of my time either communicating with people I like and respect, or learning new things. I’m not sure what Quadicom will be working on ten years from now, but whatever it is, I am confident that we’ll be doing it because it excites us!”

 

Shireen Bhatia - Lead Designer

Shireen comes from a mixed background of web and graphic design. The first was web design and then she moved to an advertising agency and was trained as a Graphic Designer. Shireen also freelanced as a web developer/designer and print graphic designer. Since starting at Quadicom, Shireen and her team have designed more than 100+ websites (including this one).

In Shireen's words: “If I were to sit down and design the ideal company to work at, I would end up with what we’ve already got at Quadicom - we hire the smartest, most talented people we can find and let them work on monumentally interesting projects for world-class clients in a supportive Dilbert-free environment. Daksh Tyagi - Senior Developer

Daksh has over 10 years of commercial IT experience, four of which he has dedicated to Quadicom. Daksh has a passion for finding better ways of doing things. His deeply analytical and mathematical brain contributes to his key strength in understanding systems and the people who work with them. Daksh loves a challenge and delivering systems to clients that exceed their expectations.

Kalyan Verma - Senior Developer

Kalyan is a senior developer at Quadicom and spends a good portion of his time assisting other developers. He has been working for Quadicom since early 2005, finding out about the job through Hemal. Kalyan loves new coding concepts and is a fan of Unit Tests (even if he doesn't always use them).

In Kalyan's words: "Quadicom is a great company to work for. We’re not required to relocate, but instead work from the location of our choice. In fact, we’re encouraged to work the way that we find most productive, including location, schedule, and in many cases tools. We even have the opportunity of providing input on how the company will develop in the future.

Ritu A. - Project Manager

Ritu joined Quadicom in 2003 as a developer; but it soon became apparent that she had numerous other talents which were not being fully utilized. In her years at Quadicom, Ritu has developed a passion and commitment for ensuring the delivery of quality solutions; and her present role already sees her implementing innovative processes, technologies, and methodologies to bolster Quadicom's never ending pursuit of quality.

In Ritu's words: “Although it’s every bit as unique working for a fast growing company as Quadicom, the reason I am still here is because of how much better Quadicom does the things that all companies need to do. Over the years, my tenure here is now the longest it’s been in any job. It’s not that I haven’t gotten offers, some of them quite nice. I have stayed because I can’t imagine another job in which I would be treated so well. Not only do I have the privilege of working with people who always appreciate the work I do and listen to what I say, but I also am blessed in working for people who have bent over backwards for me when problems unrelated to work have intruded in my life.

The work is still challenging, still an opportunity to distinguish myself. But why I am really here? Because Quadicom is the most human company I could imagine.”

 

Rishabh Hirwani - Founder and CEO

Rishabh founded Quadicom Technologiesin 1998 following the completion of his Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Rishabh is enthusiastic and motivated, staying highly involved with all aspects of the organisation. Rishabh’s enthusiasm for, and vast experience in, the software industry motivate the Quadicom team and directs them to strive for quality and value within every website design and application development project.
